Your course was great, insightful and well structured. In our opinion, some things were repeated, although that can't hurt in the excitement before a birth. 😊 Since our birth was "unfortunately" super fast, I couldn't really put a lot of things from your course, such as breathing techniques etc., into practice.
Definitely a 100% recommendation. 😊

I really like Laura and the course itself is good, but I booked the course too late. I'm already much more active again and my pelvic floor wasn't used as much, so the first few weeks of the course bored me. I'm more the type to do whole classes rather than individual exercises.
I'm really impressed with the course. Laura explains everything very clearly and the division of the individual sections is also great and not too long. So you can watch a video whenever you have time without having to block off a fixed evening or day. A very convenient solution for me :)
The exercises are good in themselves but I find that there is very little for each day, so I always do a YouTube regression afterwards. I also find it rather difficult to do the exercises because you always have to look at your cell phone to see when you should loosen or tense... it would be nice if a background voice or sound accompanied you and guided you when to loosen or tense and start the exercise again. Furthermore, I think it's kind of stupid that you don't do the exercises together, so to speak, but that a continuous loop is always played.
I really enjoyed the course. You can watch it at your leisure with a partner or on your own. What I also like are the various PDF files with checklists and information on different topics. Really great!
Super informative. I also think it's important that the narrator is likeable and has a pleasant voice. That's definitely the case with Laura. Thank you very much. 😊
I thought the birth preparation course was great, from the comfort of my own home. All the important information was included. My partner also thought the course was great and thankfully very entertaining. I can recommend it 100%.
I was very satisfied with the course.
I especially liked that there were also PDF files to download.
There was some repetition in some of the videos, but I didn't find that bad at all!
I would recommend the course to anyone who is going to be a mother for the first time and wants to prepare for the birth
The course is really great... I've only done the first week and I'm already noticing the exercises.
The exercises are well explained and easy to do.
I think the best thing is how well it can be integrated into everyday life despite having two children under 2.
The course is very clearly structured. Laura teaches the individual topics very empathetically and in detail. You feel very well informed and prepared. Another big plus point is that you can also schedule the course flexibly with your partner and take breaks in between.
Very pleasant voice, no "permanent advertising", very comprehensive course with little superfluous/uninteresting content! Thank you very much! I feel well prepared for the birth :)
