I thought the birth preparation course was great, from the comfort of my own home. All the important information was included. My partner also thought the course was great and thankfully very entertaining. I can recommend it 100%.
I was very satisfied with the course.
I especially liked that there were also PDF files to download.
There was some repetition in some of the videos, but I didn't find that bad at all!
I would recommend the course to anyone who is going to be a mother for the first time and wants to prepare for the birth
The course is really great... I've only done the first week and I'm already noticing the exercises.
The exercises are well explained and easy to do.
I think the best thing is how well it can be integrated into everyday life despite having two children under 2.
The course is very clearly structured. Laura teaches the individual topics very empathetically and in detail. You feel very well informed and prepared. Another big plus point is that you can also schedule the course flexibly with your partner and take breaks in between.
Very pleasant voice, no "permanent advertising", very comprehensive course with little superfluous/uninteresting content! Thank you very much! I feel well prepared for the birth :)
I particularly liked the fact that I could stop the course at any time and continue as soon as I had time. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
I am still doing the postnatal course. It suits my needs perfectly. I can always do the exercises in between without having to go anywhere. With a small baby at my side, this is of course perfect. The exercises are also well explained and not too difficult. I am very enthusiastic.
I really like the course and think it's great that I can do it at my own pace and at flexible times. The range of exercises, workouts and yoga sessions is very varied!
I would have one small suggestion: for exercises that are to be held for a certain amount of time (e.g. belt tightening), an acoustic signal after and/or before the end of the holding time would be helpful, because it's not always easy to position the screen so that you can look at it (relaxed) the whole time during the exercise - especially when the baby is perhaps also there and distracts you a little :)
Online course very, very practical. Above all, you do something every day instead of just once a week and don't have the hassle of driving. The videos are very clear and motivating. The only thing that bothers me is that you always have to look at the monitor and don't get an acoustic signal telling you how long you have to hold a movement or when you have to change legs, for example. This means I'm always "fiddling" with the iPad and have to contort myself to look at it. But otherwise everything is very good. I started with the beginner's course and will definitely do the others afterwards.
