I’m someone who deals with real estate every day—buildings, common areas, outdoor spaces. For a long time, lighting was purely a functional issue for me: bright enough, regulations met, done.
Fatih Yetgin has changed that for me quite thoroughly.
What sets him apart from everyone else I’ve encountered in this field: He doesn’t sell fixtures or concepts—he explains how light influences spaces, moods, and even people’s behavior. At first, that sounds like theory, but after your first conversation with him, it suddenly makes an alarming amount of sense.
If you’re planning, renovating, or managing real estate and still treat lighting as nothing more than a side issue, I recommend this: Talk to Fatih.

When he enters the room, it becomes clear: he not only understands everything about light, he lives it. You could almost say he is the light. This deep, almost intuitive connection to his element makes him the only one you would want to entrust with truly visionary lighting design. His enthusiasm for his work shines through every pore. I also had the opportunity to see him live on stage: there, he exudes much more than pure expertise – he shares a real inspiration that literally enlightens the audience.
