Mr. Winkler has been the contact person for the whole family for years when it comes to loans for our house & apartment purchase, repairs, precautionary building savings contracts ect. I feel very well taken care of. Despite the vacation of the buyer, seller and financial expert, a good financing package was discussed, agreed and approved by the bank in a very short time. Improved conditions in the second offer incl.
Here all parties wanted success, supported and implemented very promptly. One felt really, speed is priceless in the real estate industry. A trump card that was implemented consistently, fairly and correctly on all sides. Can only recommend our expert Mr. Winkler.
