My name is Lena Simons and I was a participant in the Fräulein Kurvig Gala 2023 and am allowed to decorate the April in the Fräulein Kurvig Calendar 2024.
My personal experience with Melanie Hauptmanns and her Fräulein Kurvig team has been thoroughly positive!
I've had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with them over the past few months and have found each and every one of them to be caring, friendly, honest and humorous!
Everything was always organized down to the smallest detail
And you can tell that everything Melanie plans and implements with her team has been thought through and created with a lot of love. Everyone put so much effort into everything and harmonize and work together perfectly! This is exactly what is reflected in the result.

As a candidate, I can only recommend this event. The gala is an experience, the team is super nice and although it was unusually exhausting, it was great fun.
My husband (view from the audience) also thought this event was great. He deducts one point for the execution and quality. For him, the speakers were a bit drawn out and he thought it was a shame not to have any insight into the voting. But I'm sure everyone sees it differently. I would always take part again. My journey started with the casting for the calendar shoot. Here I immediately felt well looked after and noticed. Melanie Hauptmanns and her team are always professional but never forget the warmth. Everything was organized at the big Fräulein Kurvig Gala, everyone knew what they had to do where and when. We finalists were always taken care of. The show was superbly planned and I was pleasantly surprised that you can really manage to put on a show with people from outside the industry and very individual personalities within 2 days. I am very happy and proud to be a part of it!

I was able to take part in the gala for the election of Miss Kurvig 2023 and the training days beforehand. They were wonderful days that allowed me to develop further. I am very grateful for the people I was able to meet, for the experiences and the wonderful moments. The whole team at Melanie Hauptmanns makes you feel like you are part of the Fräulein Kurvig family.

With Fräulein Kurvig, I was able to start on a path that I would never have dreamed of being able to follow. I had to be over 40 years old to understand that I am good the way I am.

Melanie Hauptmanns is a role model. And the team around Melanie is just great. You can feel the good atmosphere there. You are lovingly looked after. It's the individual that counts and that's become rare these days.

My time at Fräulein Kurvig, from the casting for the calendar to the shoot, the calendar, the model coaching, the training days and the crowning finale at the Fräulein Kurvig Gala, was an inspiring, unforgettable, emotional and exciting time for me. During this time, I met great people, had wonderful experiences and created memories that I will always carry in my heart. Melanie is a role model for me and I am very happy to have met her. Her motto "The most beautiful thing about you is you" makes the world a whole lot more beautiful and wonderful.

I felt very comfortable with everything and felt/feel that I was in very good hands, both with Casting Fraulein Kurvig and with the entire Big Twisters Finale team. I learned a lot of positive things for my life and went home strong from these many experiences. It was an amazing show for me at Circus Probst in Krefeld, which we all put on together in a short space of time with a lot of performance, passion and discipline. At the after-show party, I was able to encourage a great woman who was there as a guest to be a model in 2024. I really like the message that stands for Fräulein Kurvig - Melanie Hauptmann - and will pass it on to everyone in the same way. Chapeau 🙏🏼

The experience of being a candidate at Fräulein Kurvig cannot be described in words! It is pure joy to be there, to learn, to grow - to go beyond yourself, to step out of your comfort zone and to be able to share all your feelings because you are always accompanied and supported by the team. Despite the stress and effort involved in preparing such a brilliant show, it is a warm and friendly atmosphere. My expectations were absolutely exceeded in a positive way! I particularly enjoyed the support from our contact person and the entire team behind Fräulein Kurvig. We always felt that we were in good hands and were looked after very well. It was also always important that everyone felt comfortable! It was therefore a great framework to develop further and start the journey of a lifetime! Where to start... I can't really put into words how grateful I am for the opportunity I've been given. Even though I saw myself more in the catwalk group, I had such a great experience with the Big Twisters. Melanie is great, she spreads so much positivity and the message is so important. The team is just great, whoever was there was warm and supportive. Nora in particular is just a piece of gold! She taught us the choreography with so much joy and love and was so patient with each of us, helping us and responding to us. And Ivonne was always there for us. In general, there was so much love and support, encouragement and support. The show was unique and we had great outfitters.

I was one of the 24 finalists of the Miss Kurvig Election 2023 and the support and couching on site was so warm and appreciative. The professional couches taught me everything I needed to know for the gala show, so I felt very well prepared. Melanie Hauptmann puts all her energy and passion into the Fräulein Kurvig Gala and you can see that down to the smallest detail. The Fräulein Kurvig Gala 2023 was a mega show. All the guests I spoke to afterwards were thrilled. It has helped me a lot on my way as a plus size model and I can only say thank you to the entire Fräulein Kurvig team. It was an honor.

Everyone should take the book of this power package like a manual. It gives courage, strength and a good feeling!
