Recommendation
This was our second time travelling with Merz Reisen and once again everything was perfectly organized. Super nice, friendly bus driver. The tour guide on site and all the excursions were also great. The hotel complex was right by the sea and the food was very good. The rooms were a bit small, but functional, as we were only there to sleep. The price-performance ratio was great.

Many thanks to Mr. Holger Herbring, whose choice of route made the trip through Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Via Mala a great experience, and also to the excellent driving performance in Milan. the only downer was that Ms. Garanca did not sing due to illness, but it was still an experience and will be repeated in July. thanks also to the tour guide with her good comments.

Much anticipation for Elina Garanca, who then called in sick, but that's not Merz-Reisen's fault. The route through Switzerland was more scenic than over the Brenner Pass. Seeing the Via Mala Gorge once was very impressive, as was the short detour through Liechtenstein, having only one day for Milan but sitting on the bus for two days - the proportions are not right.

It was wonderful again! The two tour guides Laura and Claudia reported on their regions with competence and expertise and were always available for our needs. The trip and the bus driver were all very good. Only the return journey could have been 1 hour earlier. In my opinion, 4 hours at leisure after the tour with the tour guide is too much for Krumlov.
I was also surprised that I did not receive any travel documents by post. Which is ok for me. But if I hadn't happened to look at the online portal, I would have completely missed it. It would be good if an automatic e-mail was sent, for example, that the final travel documents are in the online portal.
