It was wonderful again! The two tour guides Laura and Claudia reported on their regions with competence and expertise and were always available for our needs. And Alexander Lang was, as usual, a masterful master of all difficulties on narrow and steep roads and created a relaxed atmosphere with his friendly manner. Thanks to the whole team!

The trip and the bus driver were all very good. Only the return journey could have been 1 hour earlier. In my opinion, 4 hours at leisure after the tour with the tour guide is too much for Krumlov.
I was also surprised that I did not receive any travel documents by post. Which is ok for me. But if I hadn't happened to look at the online portal, I would have completely missed it. It would be good if an automatic e-mail was sent, for example, that the final travel documents are in the online portal.

The bus driver gave his all, was great, he also didn't know that there was no tour guide. All !!! participants were surprised. Please write it explicitly in the catalog for the trip in the future, then you could have prepared differently and booked a tour guide in the respective city in advance. The location of the hotel was reasonable, the food was not great and the window frame in the room was moldy as you can only tilt the window on one side. We were a great group and as I said, the bus driver did his best.

Dear customer,
If a tour guide is planned for a trip, this is always stated in our catalog. No tour guide is listed in the program description for the trip to Holland. In view of the fact that we did not want the program to be too densely packed, we considered a harbour or canal tour in Rotterdam and Amsterdam to be sufficient.
The driver was of course informed of all reservations and program points before the trip and also that there would be no tour guide. He was used for this trip because he assured us that he knew the area well. We would like to point out that the theme of the trip is the tulip blossom in Holland, it is not an art and culture trip, where we would of course have used an appropriately experienced tour guide.

Negative points: -) The evening buffet at the Novotel (4*) and even for 3* on the first evening was
not worthy
-) the hotel was too far away from the center of Rotterdam ( cab easy about 40,--
and VAG too complicated and time consuming )
-) partly city tours would be recommendable
