We were looking for a Suzuki Jimny. The first phone contact was very friendly and our searched vehicle was on site. During the visit in Essen, Mr. Celik advised us very friendly and competent. After a few days we decided on the vehicle and Mr. Celik prepared all the documents super for the purchase. In addition, he is a very pleasant sales consultant.
When we picked up the vehicle, Mr. Rammo handed it over to us. He was also very courteous, friendly and competent. There was even a small bouquet of flowers at the handover :-)

Hello, my name is Dietmar Fritz and I had always had a car in my sights a long time ago, namely a used Jeep Wrangler. The first conversation I had with the seller Mr. Güneri was really respectful but also funny. Unfortunately, I had to go after our first negotiation phase unachieved things because I had to turn again in me and the seller me in no way somehow harassed but openly and honestly communicated with me. Three days later I had called Mr. Güneri again and told him a price on my part he inherits around time for consideration and consultation possibility and two hours later he called back told me its price and I must say quite honestly openly honestly one feels really taken care of so I must express the Mr. Güneri a great praise. I hope very much that this remains so because I bought the car there according to the warranty, so let's see how they continue to deal with me there as a customer. I had to give a rating because usually you only give ratings when it went badly and if it went well most do not bother but this time I had to give a corresponding rating I hope that is helpful for all other people who see that and I would be happy if really all times so would proceed.
