Es ist jederzeit ein guter Kontakt zur Agentur möglich. Ausreichende Unterstützung durch senden eines „Personalbogens“ per Mail. bei der Auswahl der Pflegekräfte. Ich finde die Möglichkeit, die Pflegekräfte vorab telefonisch zu kontaktieren, sehr gut.

Sehr hilfsbereite, lösungsorientierte Seniorenbetreuung. Falls es mal Probleme gibt (z.B. kurzfristige Absagen / Krankheiten) , werden schnellstmöglich Lösungen gefunden. The initial contact and subsequent support from My Carefriend was pleasant, competent and absolutely reliable. However, when selecting applicants, I would like to see the claimed skills and experience of the caregivers questioned and checked. This applies to all areas. If a care contract is concluded, I consider it necessary and also relevant that there is a curriculum vitae of the person to be cared for. This should be made available to the supervisor in advance. In my opinion, this makes it easier to work together later and to create the necessary empathy and closeness.
