We’re completely satisfied with MCF; we have a really sweet primary caregiver, our Ania. She takes wonderful care of my dad and has settled in with us really well. My dad gets along great with her, too.
The first substitute caregiver was also very good—professionally excellent, since she’s a nurse. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat if we needed a substitute.

One small note: for caregivers who really don’t speak any German, I think the price is a bit too high, since communication with the elderly residents is almost nonexistent, which makes social interaction a bit difficult as well.

The organization of arrival and departure is excellent; Ms. Lekka is in constant communication with me and always keeps me up to date. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to her, and you’ll always receive immediate support and help. She goes out of her way every time to ensure the client is satisfied. And we are, completely and fully.
All in all, we can absolutely recommend MyCareFriend 100%!

Ich bin alles in allem mit der Agentur und der von ihr vermittelten Betreuerinnen sehr zufrieden. Einmal hat es überhaupt nicht gepasst und ich hätte mir gewünscht, schneller einen Ersatz zu bekommen. Aber die Zusammenarbeit mit Frau Lekka und Herrn Adler ist immer sehr gut gewesen.

Ich habe relativ plötzlich die Organisation rund um die Pflege, Versorgung meiner Mutter (92 J.) übernehmen müssen. Meine Ansprechparnerin Fr. Lekka war sehr geduldig, ließ sich viel Zeit mit der Beratung und auch bei dem Erledigen des Vertragabschlusses gab es keine Probleme, bei aufgetreten Schwierigkeiten (meinerseits) wurde flexibel eine alternative Möglichkeit vorgeschlagen. Katarzyna, die sich jetzt um meine Mutter kümmert, erreichte uns pünktlich. Sie ist sehr geduldigt und freundlich, - das ist das wichtigste , was die Mutter braucht. Unser Austausch , Absprachen funktionieren sehr gut. Daher kann ich die Agentur nur weiter empfehlen. Auch ein Gespräch mit einer anderen Pflegekraft ergab, dass sie schon bei verschiedenen Agenturen beschäftigt war und auch für sie My Care Friend optimal ist.

Im Moment bin ich sehr zufrieden. Leider gab es in der Vergangenheit mehrere Situationen die nicht gut fand deswegen kann ich im Moment my care friend nicht empfehlen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Arbeit von My Care Friend. Die Kommunikation funktioniert gut, die Organisation ebenfalls. Alles läuft sehr professionell. Auch wenn die Auswahl der möglichen Pflegekräfte sehr gering war, die beiden bisher vermittelten Pflegerinnen sind sehr nett und erfüllen ihre Aufgaben hervorragend.

Die Kommunikation mit der Firma My Care Friend ist ausgezeichnet sehr nette Ansprechpartner immer für ein da und auch wenn man mal ein Problem hat wird das schnell gelöst. Die Betreuungskräfte sind sehr einfühlsam und kompetent und Fürsorglich. Ich habe die Firma My Care Friend schon mal weiter empfohlen und würde es auch wieder tun. Preisliestungsverhältins ist gut bei anderen Anbietern ist das nicht der fall.

Ich hatte inzwischen drei Betreuerinnen von My Care Friend gebucht. Alle Damen waren kompetent, sie hatten alle Erfahrung im Umgang und der Pflege mit bettlägerigen Personen. Sie arbeiteten eigenständig, zuverlässig und souverän. Auch meiner Kundenbetreuerin Frau Lekka möchte ich an dieser Stelle ein großes Lob aussprechen, sie hat für uns die jeweils perfekten Betreuerinnen ausgewählt.
Zuvor hatte ich eine andere Agentur, die zwar preislich gesehen günstigere Konditionen hatte, jedoch viel Ärger durch unpassendes Personal verursachte.
Ich bleibe bei My Care Friend, weil ich hier bestens betreut und versorgt werde, das hat die Erfahrung gezeigt.
