Mr. Urban advised us at short notice due to an expiring loan and then accompanied us through all the steps for reapplication or extension. He was quick and gave us very competent advice in a short space of time. In the end, the negotiated conditions were also better than the original ones. In our search for an experienced financing broker from our region, we came across Mr. Urban.
We knew in advance that we were not a standard case, partly because of a special property and tied-up equity.
Mr. Urban was exactly the right person for us. He took a lot of time for us, was always available and always kept us up to date.
In the event of setbacks from the banks, he did not let up and continued to stand up for us. With success. We have now been able to finance our dream property.

What makes the extraordinarily good cooperation with Mr. Urban above all is that he is available at almost any time or gets back to you as soon as possible and, which is really rare nowadays, takes time to advise well, to support where possible, to look for solutions quickly and competently when there are problems, to stay calm even when it is stressful and that he is always very friendly and polite. Even before we started looking for concrete objects, Mr. Urban helped us a lot in defining our financial framework, and it proved to be reliable and quick from the very beginning. We particularly liked that there was also an uncomplicated online consultation and it was thus very quickly concrete with the numbers, where the banks have practiced restraint. He always responded to all our queries and requests in a goal-oriented and professional manner - finding the most favorable financing with a high chance of success.
