For me, the 90 Day Challenge is the best training program I've ever had for fitness. Patrick is always available for problems or questions, which I haven't found in any local studio so far. This challenge builds up mobility slowly, it's fun to integrate it into everyday life. There are no fixed times when I have to train, which I personally find very beneficial as I prefer to be active in the evenings. The days are unlocked one after the other, but I also have the option of referring back to previous days and reading or looking at them again. Some of the tools I need are in my household. It couldn't be better.....I can only recommend it to everyone.... Thank you

I started Patrick's 90-day challenge about two months ago. My job requires me to sit a lot and I no longer felt comfortable in my body. The exercises in the challenge are easy to integrate into everyday life, easy to do and the results are priceless. I already feel much more flexible and fitter again. I also use the PATRIGGER and PATBAND I ordered regularly and can only recommend them to others. All in all, an enrichment in my everyday life. Many thanks to Patrick.

Patrick Herzog's 90-day challenge inspired me right from the start! The introduction to the exercises and the explanations are great. I look forward to it every day. Thanks to the challenge, I'm constantly developing new routines that enrich my day. I start with the exercises in the morning and often repeat them throughout the day. Patrick's professional knowledge is particularly impressive and gives me the confidence that I am in good hands here. I can recommend the Challenge to anyone who is looking for an inspiring and effective way to integrate more movement and meaningful exercises into their day!

The 90 Day Challenge is not what I was looking for. Rather, this program has found me. I have never seen a training concept that is so well thought out and structured. Patrick also explains the exercises clearly and explains why it is important to pay attention to certain aspects. I feel that I am in perfect hands here and that my weak points (mobility deficit, lack of strength and endurance) have been picked up exactly where I am.
The friendly trainer answers all my questions very quickly and in detail. By the way, I think the cats are great :-).

I can recommend this challenge and working with Patrick to anyone who wants to actively improve their health in the long term. I feel fitter than ever after just 14 days.

The exercises taught offer very easy access for beginners, especially through the use of simple everyday objects as training material - no room for excuses, water bottles and a sofa is probably something everyone has.

The videos for the exercises are sensibly divided into explanation and "demonstration", so that it is always easy to see how the movements should be done.

The time required, especially at the beginning when getting to know the exercises, but also later due to the higher number of repetitions, is well over the advertised 10 minutes for me.

Many exercises can be easily integrated into everyday office life "in between" - yes, the everyday objects are usually there too ;-)

All in all, it's a training program that I thoroughly enjoy, has increased my flexibility and significantly reduced my lower back pain.

A clear recommendation!

If you don't know how to become more flexible and need a good routine for your everyday life, the 90-day challenge is a great way to do it. I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility after just a few days. Patrick always explains the exercises very well in short videos.

Super cool...everything can be done from the couch without any previous knowledge or special equipment. I used a 5 cm diameter bottle to stretch my calves and a suitcase band to stretch my triceps. All good and I'd be happy to do it again. Patrick, keep up the good work. Greetings Paul

I was about 1 1/4 year with Patrick Herzog in personal individual training. Our goal was weight loss and muscle building. Both worked out great. I lost almost 20% of my body weight during this time. Mobility and balance have improved considerably; my strength has increased significantly and I am proud of my push-ups. I am enjoying exercise and sports again (hiking with good inclines, intermediate sprints on my 8-10km walking tours, hours of dedicated dancing at the club, etc) and feel fitter than ever at age 60. Of course, it cost me more than a gym subscription, but it was definitely worth it for me because Patrick's unobtrusive commitment kept me motivated, he corrected me on how to do the exercises so I could do them correctly at home, he adjusted the exercises to my exact level at the time and incorporated any new deficiencies that came up. Without Patrick, I would not have had an orderly way to lose weight and exercise after my tremendous weight gain during the Corona period. Many thanks for your great support, Patrick!

I met Patrick 4 years ago and, as a former track and field athlete, have learned some new concepts and methods to improve fitness and further muscular strengthening. I like the functional and at the same time individual approach. I even ventured into the world of relaxation with stretchme and learned to appreciate it very much.
