I was about 1 1/4 year with Patrick Herzog in personal individual training. Our goal was weight loss and muscle building. Both worked out great. I lost almost 20% of my body weight during this time. Mobility and balance have improved considerably; my strength has increased significantly and I am proud of my push-ups. I am enjoying exercise and sports again (hiking with good inclines, intermediate sprints on my 8-10km walking tours, hours of dedicated dancing at the club, etc) and feel fitter than ever at age 60. Of course, it cost me more than a gym subscription, but it was definitely worth it for me because Patrick's unobtrusive commitment kept me motivated, he corrected me on how to do the exercises so I could do them correctly at home, he adjusted the exercises to my exact level at the time and incorporated any new deficiencies that came up.
