As an improvement, I would suggest that you demonstrate each application and the users follow along and when everyone has finished, demonstrate the next one.
I already knew my way around Onenote a bit, but those who don't will not be able to keep up at this pace.

I cannot judge the customer service, Mr. Ganzow did not mention anything about this.

I consider online training courses lasting 3 or more hours - regardless of the topic - to be fundamentally "suboptimal" in terms of didactics and methodology.
The trend in knowledge transfer is towards shorter, consecutive and complementary units.
This is the approach taken by Gühring, for example, in internal knowledge transfer. After about 90 minutes I was personally "flat" and had difficulty following the topic.
Apart from that, Mr. Granzow led me through the seminar in a very calm, pleasant and competent manner.

Since I was already working with OneNote, the training was very helpful for me in optimizing my work.

This is the second time I have participated in a seminar by Mr. Granzow and I am really enthusiastic. Mr. Granzow does not simply whip through the topics, but makes sure to take all participants with him and to impart lasting knowledge. Questions are allowed at any time and questioned topics are explained patiently and comprehensibly. Super and explained in detail with examples.

Pivot table creation and working with RE mouse button, being able to create a table with a few clicks have impressed me very much. The training was very entertaining, informative and highly interesting.

Mr. Wrana made the classes very interesting by refreshing the lessons not only with his expertise but also with light-hearted sayings. I would take part in any of his courses again and would gladly recommend him.

Pros: Very friendly, lots of thoughtful pauses, not hectic, patient, pleasant personality.

Cons: Too few exercises for the participants to directly implement or deepen what they learned.

Mr. Wrana, leads the seminars professionally and interesting. I was initially apprehensive to participate in an Excel seminar, but was really pleasantly surprised.
I was able to take away a lot of knowledge and all my questions were answered with pleasure.
A good experience.

The training was well conducted and Mr. Wrana was very competent in the use of Excel.
I would have liked more independent exercises.
