Dear Mr. Wrana, I have attended Excel training sessions in the past, and I can say that yesterday’s seminar was by far the best instruction I’ve ever received. You explained and demonstrated the processes calmly and repeatedly. I also really appreciated that you enlarged the screen display, since my eyesight isn’t very good. I was able to follow your examples very easily and then test them out using the provided exercises. Thank you so much once again for your wonderful instruction. You helped me a great deal and took away my hesitation about working with Excel. I really hope you’ll stick to your style of explaining things in the next course as well, because then the topics will be interesting for me. Mr. Wrana's training gave me a lot of new insights and taught me things I didn't know before. Mr. Wrana showed me the solution to my PowerPoint problem, which had always caused me difficulties. Mr. Wrana was very friendly and nice to our group, and I also liked his examples very much. He gave an example for each step and then did the exercises with us, for example with Word texts or Excel tables, diagrams etc.
At the end, we were given a shortcuts list, which I also found very helpful.

I took part in an Office seminar by Mr. Wrana, in which the programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook were covered. The content was presented in a professional, understandable and practical manner. Mr. Wrana answered all of the participants' questions and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. Overall, an entertaining and well-structured two-day seminar that gave me a solid knowledge of the basic Microsoft programs

Familiar things were recalled, new things were presented in an interesting and practicable way, always relaxed and ready to answer questions in between - also pleasant on a personal level!

Mr. Wrana explained everything in a factual, understandable and user-friendly way. If you had any questions or problems, you could simply get in touch and you were helped directly, even with minor problems or errors. All in all, I found the training with Mr. Wrana very helpful and instructive.
