The training was very interesting. There was never a dull moment.

Please provide all required files (e.g. company frame for PP presentation) at the start of the training. This as a suggestion, saves time and excitement when searching ;-).

Unfortunately, we have not received any training documents.

Thank you very much for the very well structured training, in which both the necessary basics and special functions in the creation and use were explained and implemented.

As an improvement, I would suggest that you demonstrate each application and the users follow along and when everyone has finished, demonstrate the next one.
I already knew my way around Onenote a bit, but those who don't will not be able to keep up at this pace.

I cannot judge the customer service, Mr. Ganzow did not mention anything about this.

I consider online training courses lasting 3 or more hours - regardless of the topic - to be fundamentally "suboptimal" in terms of didactics and methodology.
The trend in knowledge transfer is towards shorter, consecutive and complementary units.
This is the approach taken by Gühring, for example, in internal knowledge transfer. After about 90 minutes I was personally "flat" and had difficulty following the topic.
Apart from that, Mr. Granzow led me through the seminar in a very calm, pleasant and competent manner.

Since I was already working with OneNote, the training was very helpful for me in optimizing my work.

A very pleasant learning pace, questions and requests were dealt with individually and there were always repetitions of the learning content shown.

Mr. Wrana was very competent, experienced and very personable. I can only recommend the training to others.

The individual explanations of the application were explained very clearly.
