I found the Dimis trainings on the internet. I was interested in yoga because I tried practicing it at home, but I wanted feedback from a trainer, otherwise you don't know if you're doing it right.
After the first workout, I immediately felt relief in my back and trapezius muscles, which are always sore. With each new workout, I notice that I can already stretch more. And I also notice that I have stopped sitting with a round back, my posture has improved significantly after several workouts.
Another pleasant bonus are the meditations at the end of the workout. They not only help the body, but also the mind to let go of all thoughts. It feels great.
I only took part in a training session with breathing exercises once, but even that was enough to understand that it is very important for your body.
Every new yoga session is an interesting experience. I get stronger and better with every training session, which is of course fun. Thank you for the opportunity to strengthen my health. 🔥
