Hello everyone, my name is Nadiia and I would like to leave my feedback about the personal trainer Dimi. I'll start with the acquaintance. I found out about Dimi 1.5 years ago when I was taking dance lessons in a small studio. Before our dance lessons, Dimi led a training session. That's how I found out about Dimi and his trainings, but unfortunately it was very difficult to get to him as the studio was small and there were many people interested. I wasn't able to take part in his training back then. This year, Dimi was given the opportunity to train in a large room and I was finally able to join his training. That was my acquaintance with Dimi. Now I would like to write about the training itself. The training takes place at a very central location and at a convenient time, namely every Sunday at noon, either outside or in a large sports hall. At the beginning of the training there is always a welcome and getting to know the new arrivals. Five minutes of breathing yoga is very important and useful to prepare the body properly for training. A very good 15-minute warm-up for the chest and neck muscles. These are very important areas for the body. Posture is the foundation of our body. Main part of the training: Very well selected exercises for all muscle groups with their own amplitude and load (participants aged 18 to 65). Dimi always emphasizes that the load should be adapted to your own sensations accompanied by breathing (inhalation/exhalation). The final part is always enjoyable for everyone because the asana "Shavasana" is very important for everyone! Spend 2-3 minutes with your own body, breathing and in complete relaxation. The training flies by and the hour passes very quickly. During the training, Dimi places great emphasis on the correct technique of the exercises, because the correct technique leads to the long-awaited result, while incorrect technique leads to injury! I could write a lot about Dimi's training and his approach, but I'd rather recommend coming to the training yourself and experiencing everything on your own body. Thanks to Dimi for his professionalism and the opportunity to feel good and be healthy. I would also like to thank his personal training company or organization that made it possible for all interested Ukrainians to participate in the training for free. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
