The bike repair was accepted quickly. The repair was carried out quickly and I was informed immediately that my bike could be collected. The repair costs were okay. I was therefore completely satisfied.

We particularly appreciate the detailed and well-founded advice and the attention to our personal ideas, both when choosing the right bike as well as for accessories and special requests. They never tried to talk us into anything, but gave us suggestions and offers that were tailored to our own needs. Our questions were taken seriously and answered in detail. Communication was friendly and open, in a pleasant atmosphere. Minor "conversion work" was carried out directly when we picked up the bikes.

Actually only needed the workshop - because of a warranty claim. Very good work, fast, relatively quick scheduling possible. Great coffee while waiting, and talking shop with the fitters - great!

I found the cooperation with you very good, although it was only necessary to make a cost estimate, the insurance company accepted it and we were able to settle the claim quickly.
