I went in for a service on my e-bike and received excellent advice regarding the wear parts on my bike. In my opinion, the service was very thorough and, above all, transparent. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and remained completely calm even when things got hectic. I’ll definitely be back—the overall quality really impressed me. Thanks to the whole team.

I thought the service was nice. However, it would be very important to make it clearer in the advertising that it’s best to schedule a consultation appointment rather than just dropping by on a whim to make a purchase.
