The folks at projekt bike had already helped us out several times—without any hassle and without an appointment. That’s why we decided to have our e-bikes inspected there as well. The bikes were thoroughly checked in our presence before the service, and we were given an estimate of the costs. In the end, it was even cheaper than expected—and they got it done quickly, too. We were able to pick up the bikes in less than a week. We’re very satisfied! Many thanks to the whole team.

Great people who know what they're doing

I’ve rarely seen as much passion and hospitality as I did at this store.
The entire experience—from the first point of contact to the moment I was able to sit on my bike—was absolutely exemplary.
It didn’t feel like I was standing in a store, but rather among like-minded people.
Getting a coffee, sitting on the sofa, and philosophizing sounds more like a
family gathering than a shopping conversation. But that’s exactly how it should be.
When the shop gets a little crowded, you pass the time chatting with other customers. I’m usually the type who doesn’t like to wait long. But here, it wasn’t
waiting in the traditional sense. I had so many great conversations that I was sad when I left the courtyard on my bike.
Thanks to the whole team!
And please cut the boss some slack—he only has one head and two hands.
So just bring a little extra time with you—it’s worth it.
