I went to my consultation appointment at projekt.bike inklusiv with high expectations regarding an e-bike. David Gebertz took plenty of time to give me a detailed overview of the different models and to answer my many questions. After the very informative conversation, I spontaneously decided to purchase a Kalkhoff e-bike. I had an appointment for a body scan and ergonomic consultation. The consultation was very friendly, and the explanations were helpful. Things have improved with the new saddle and handlebars, but my butt still hurts and my fingers go numb.
