The inspection was completed within the specified time frame.
They couldn't find the cause of the repeated "sticking" issue. I'll just have to live with it. Luckily, the lock nut wasn't defective—it was a size 6 instead of a size 5.

I had a bike fitting done because of problems with my saddle. I was very satisfied with the advice I received. I couldn't get used to the first saddle, but that was no problem— it was replaced, and the whole process was straightforward and professional!
