The organization by Railtour was perfect. However, the hotel in Paris (Art Hotel Paris Est) was not so clean. The garbage from our landlords was still in the room. The breakfast was served in the room and was very good but the tray with the leftovers of the breakfast was still in the room in the evening because no room service came.

Telephone contact with subsequent e-mail correspondence on 15.04.2024 was very friendly and was dealt with swiftly.
Where, on the other hand (Railtour can't help here), a question mark can be raised about the punctuality of the DB organization.
It cannot be that the departure track at Hamburg main station is moved from track 14 to track 8 10 minutes before departure and that this journey (Hamburg-Basel) is delayed by approx. 35 minutes and the train connection ends at Badischer Bahnhof Basel instead of Basel main station and all passengers have to change to the streetcar.
My granddaughter and I enjoyed - also thanks to your careful organization - 5 wonderful and unforgettable days in Paris in a small, romantic hotel on a very quiet street in the Latin Quarter next to the Sorbonne and only 5 minutes away from the impressive Pantéon. The train journey in the comfortable TGV Lyria also went very smoothly and the 5-day ticket for public transport worked without any problems. - I would be happy to recommend Railtour Suisse. Thank you very much!
As I was not sure whether I would be able to go on the trip due to illness, I called and received excellent advice and good tips on how to proceed, both in the event of cancellation and when the trip started.
We really enjoyed the trip. All the documents were available and the travel documents were complete. The accommodation was as described.
The transfer times at Milan station are very tight; in particular, there are often delays on the return journey, meaning that the connecting train is missed. In this case, it was also annoying that the SBB train contained two train compositions and that the front train composition in the Milan terminus station was closed, which further increased the transfer times.
Very friendly and helpful with queries by phone and also quick processing by email.

The hotels were great. The only thing is that you should not book a room facing the street at the Hotel Krebs. Noise!

The customer service is extremely friendly.
We had problems with the hotel but these could be solved via the customer service after calling twice. However, no apology or anything similar came from the hotel. We realized that we were not welcome at the hotel. We then booked another hotel at our own expense. We were very happy with it.
The rest of the itinerary organized by Railtour was extremely good
