Hi. My partner and I went to the Smoke Free Coaching seminar 6 weeks ago.
What can I say, we are both happy non-smokers now. We can definitely recommend it.
After several attempts to quit, most of which ended after three days, the seminar has worked so far, I have not smoked for four months. (Heavy smoker for forty years). It was hard for me even with the injection in the first days and weeks but my nicotine cravings were bearable. There are still situations in which I would like nothing more than a cigarette, but this desire usually passes quickly.
Tomorrow it will be four weeks since I smoked the last cigarette 😊 and I haven't missed it a bit in the four weeks 😊 somehow thoughts of smoking were there every now and then but without any sense of loss or otherwise - I hope it stays that way with me (even on the upcoming vacation) and can only recommend this seminar 👍 C. For me, the smoking cessation worked 100%. Since the smoke-free coaching I have no need to smoke. I recommend anyone who wants to become smoke free to contact Barbara Henkel and Petra Zanini. Great team and no empty promises.
I am very happy, satisfied and totally excited! It is much easier than I expected. The cigarette has become a distant memory.... finally!!! I can only recommend the Smoke Free Seminar 💪🏼👍🏼
