Absolute scaredy-cat competence. It was our first financing and we didn't always make it easy for Mr. Kistner with "But what if .....". Basically, he always gave us the feeling that our concerns were justified, but he also argued conclusively when they were unfounded and gave us tools to make the best decision for us.
He can also explain things in a way that a stone can understand, even if it did sometimes get on his nerves. We don't regret our decision and the path we took together with Mr. Kistner for a second.

Very competent, friendly and reliable advice on loans and the process during the real estate purchase. I particularly liked the pre-screening of the documents and data to see whether the requirements of the various banks were met. This helps to avoid questions arising afterwards during the credit check. It also had clear advantages to be able to clarify my questions with a neutral advisor. I can only warmly recommend Rocksolid Finanzberatung, and Mr. Kistner in particular, to anyone looking for an overview of all the conditions offered by the various banks and competent support in making their choice. Since financial advisors are financed by commissions, this support was even free of charge. What more could you want?

I received competent and committed support when purchasing a property. Without the help and creative support of Mr. Dörsam, the purchase would not have been possible. After several banks had already rejected my financing request and a competing company from Rocksolid was also unsuccessful, Mr. Dörsam worked very hard to find a solution. It would not have worked without him. Thank you very much once again for this great effort. It's a shame that I can only award 5 stars. I recommend Rocksolid 100%!
