I had the problem that I fell ill and couldn't train, but at the beginning of my illness I couldn't sign off for a week. It was no longer possible to retroactively enter the break week.
However, I was very pleased that they replied to my email immediately and entered the missed week so that I was able to continue my training with motivation.
As a physiotherapist myself, I was very satisfied with the exercise program they put together for me and it also motivated me to keep at it.

I really liked the structure of the training, starting with the analysis and building on this with the creation of an individual training plan. In the videos, the goals and the execution of the individual exercises were presented and explained very clearly. I found the additional tips and advice for everyday life on posture, movement patterns and nutrition very useful and helpful. I feel better and fitter and continue to train independently. You hardly need any aids to do something good for your back. Thank you very much!

I think it's good that a test is carried out at the beginning, on the basis of which an individual training program is put together. I got new ideas for exercises.
However, my main problem area (lower back) was hardly addressed by the exercises. The instruction videos are good and accurate. However, it is not necessary to watch the same instructions again in such detail for every training session. A lot of time is lost. Some exercises were too static for me. The "warm-up exercises" in the last training block were not a real warm-up: I twisted my back doing them and was in pain for days.
I'd rather do exercises with different instructions again.

Personally, I found the design of the videos and many of the exercises not very appealing. I found it very difficult to complete the Back Fit Challenge. But I am pleased with myself that I persevered.

The videos were very helpful and motivating in doing the exercises correctly. Since some exercises were in several exercise blocks, I could see that they were getting easier for me. I am motivated to continue doing the exercises regularly based on the printouts. I liked that it was an online course, as this made it easier for me to integrate the exercises into my weekly routine.

The training showed me my true weaknesses, which are in the shoulder girdle. Through the exercises specially selected for me, I was able to move my arms further back again and what was even better, my pain in the right shoulder during certain stretching exercises of the right chest muscles has since disappeared.

I did the Back Fit Challenge as an online course at my home, so I can't give an assessment of the organization, group composition, etc. I also received no individual advice or customization.
I have also not received / requested individual advice or adaptation of the course units. Therefore, there were only neutral ratings for methodology and framework. However, the videos were easy to follow, but in some cases you need suitable equipment, which I could only replace to a limited extent with alternatives from home use (e.g. broomstick).
The Back Fit Challenge is nevertheless recommendable. I booked the offer through the cooperation with "AWO macht fit" - betriebliche Gesundheitsvorsorge.

The exercises are good. However, since I had to do the exercises in my attic apartment, it was difficult with the execution. You needed a wall to lean or brace against - wasn't possible in my case. Also, it should be announced in advance that you need a pole. Also here relatively much space is needed - was also very difficult in my small apartment.

I did the challenge for the 3rd time and hoped that there will be new exercises. Unfortunately, this was not the case and thus the training was boring for me. Nevertheless, I was able to strengthen my back. I will not book the Challenge a 4th time. I wish you continued success. VG Stine
