It is the great and personal way in which Dr. Martin Auer conveys "the learning material" to the audience. It is never boring and it is fun to listen. You take it from Dr. Martin Auer that he knows what he is talking about,..., brings examples from everyday life through his background and career, which in turn brings the subject matter much closer to the sales representative and makes it understandable. I personally appreciate Dr. Martin Auer as a very competent colleague, trainer and person and can therefore only recommend him emphatically.
With this training, you notice that the trainer comes from the industry (laboratory equipment) and knows both sides (user and salesperson). Thus, the training is tailored exactly to our target groups, makes it more "tangible" and thus facilitates the integration of what has been learned.
I have a very high regard for Dr. Martin Auer. He is extremely competent and is able to convey even difficult issues in a simple manner. His easy-going manner and personality make it fun to listen to him.
I really enjoyed the 2-day seminar and it was very informative for me. I can apply many of the concepts and approaches directly to my daily work in sales and for my customer contacts. This seminar is very suitable even for sales people with a lot of professional experience, as it introduces new concepts that can also be integrated into already existing sales methodologies. Overall, everything is structured in a very didactic and tangible way.
The topics were very well prepared and the concepts clear and well thought out. The lecturer's style is pleasant and immediately picks up every listener due to the refreshingly insightful and future-oriented approach to the challenges of sales. I highly recommend the seminars and would happily attend again at any time. In my opinion, they are also suitable for already experienced sales people, as one's eyes are opened to new and innovative and thus promising ways.
