My client urgently needed a new 24-hour caregiver. Ms. Milchraum from SENIOpartner quickly organized a caregiver from Lithuania who met our demanding requirements (driver's license, high level of language skills, well-groomed appearance, flexible and patient). She made the smooth transition from one caregiver to the other possible with the highest personal commitment.
She is responsive to the sensitivities of the clients and also drops by in between and takes care of the caregivers and clients in an exemplary manner.
I can recommend SENIOpartner without reservation and will be very happy to work with Ms. Milchraum in the future.

Mrs. Milchraum is a really sympathetic, experienced and competent lady. We were very satisfied with everything, the organization, the process, the care and the advice. Mrs. Milchraum always had an open ear for questions and helped us a lot (also with the application for the care level, with the conversion of the bathroom, with the coordination with the new care service, with the organization of the technical devices/Internet for the caregiver).

We received extensive help in organizing care for our parents. We did not even know about many possibilities. Mrs. Milchraum applied for everything with us and was also present at the expert visit. The 24-hour caregiver provided has settled in quickly and we would not want to miss her. We will continue to be visited regularly to see if everything is still organized optimally. This is how I imagined the care for my parents. Thank you for everything!
