Inquiries were handled in a friendly and professional manner

Our foundation sold a house through SIS-Sparkassen-Immobilien-Service GmbH. We were completely satisfied with the entire process and the support we received; everything went absolutely smoothly. Our real estate agent’s communication with the tenants and prospective buyers was also always very professional and trustworthy. As sellers who live out of town, we were glad that our real estate agent provided us with such competent support, advice, and guidance throughout the entire sales process. We can wholeheartedly recommend SIS-Sparkassen-Immobilien-Service GmbH with a clear conscience!

Great collaboration, a quick sale of the property at a good price.

I am very satisfied with the professional service provided by Ms. Schneider-Felsen during the sale of my property. Expertise and Reliability

The real estate agent, Mr. Hencky, showed exceptional tact throughout the sales process. He combined expertise with patience and a strong focus on the customer. A highly recommended professional! I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

A successful sale of your property in Munich—from start to finish.

Both the real estate agent (Ms. Maier) and the financial advisor (Mr. Schneider) were fantastic! I always felt I was getting excellent advice. Everything was explained to me patiently and in detail, and I felt I was in very good hands.

The entire sales process went very quickly and smoothly,
was extremely professional, and took place in a very pleasant, personal atmosphere. Congratulations on having such a great real estate agent!

At first, I tried to sell our two-family house—which was in need of renovation—on my own using a structured approach, and I encountered difficulties in reaching out to, identifying, and
convincingly communicating with solvent buyers. Mr. Buchbauer from SIS took a dedicated and professional approach; he was able to reach many more genuinely interested buyers and is highly skilled at clarifying, as far as possible in a verifiable manner, the issues that are individually important to each prospective buyer—for example, by consulting with the building department. He was even able to secure a binding renovation quote, thereby significantly reducing the uncertainties prospective buyers face when purchasing an older property. Defects were addressed openly. He was always approachable, quick and reliable in following through on what we discussed, and very friendly. Of course, the support from the Sparkasse organization was also helpful—for example, through their knowledge of trusted renovation companies and access to all major real estate platforms. Overall, in Mr. Buchbauer, I had the perfect real estate agent, who put a great deal of dedicated, professional effort into selling my semi-detached house, which was not an easy property to sell. In less than a year, he found a buyer—honestly and at a price that was fair to both sides. For me, the real estate agent’s commission was more than worth it, thanks to the enormous time savings, the peace of mind, and the good sales price achieved so quickly.
