Mr. Osterried Claudius really stood by us exceptionally well. It went beyond a consultation. Mr. Ostertied was able to ease our worries at all times and was always able to offer a solution and an alternative solution to our tricky situation. We really felt comfortable, understood and in good hands at all times. I would visit Mr. Osterried again at any time. Ms. Baumann is the very best recommendation for us when it comes to successfully selling a property. After another estate agent had previously tried to sell our semi-detached house without success, we wanted to engage another estate agent and had a conversation with Ms. Baumann. She impressed us with her personality, market and local knowledge and her structured plan. We gave her the commission. Thanks to her commitment and her targeted and consistent negotiating skills, we were able to call the notary after just 4 weeks to arrange a sales appointment. If you want to be stress-free on the Munich real estate highway, you should let Regina Knaub from SIS-Sparkassen-Immobilien-Service GmbH take the wheel. I have had nothing but the best experiences with this young, dedicated real estate agent. Working with her was simply fantastic. Regina Knaub proved to be competent in all matters. Her approach was highly professional. It doesn't get any better than that. She was always ready to answer my questions and was there to help and advise me. I was particularly impressed by Regina Knaub's extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. This was so important because, as a Swiss national, I am not at all familiar with the Munich real estate market. The contact with her was characterized by her pleasant and friendly manner. She always communicated promptly and precisely. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to pass on my condominium in Munich to a nice buyer at fair conditions. I wish Regina Knaub all the best for the future and would like to thank her very much for her excellent work.

A big thank you to Mr. Thomas Schmitz for the excellent advice, mediation and support during our property sale. Competence, friendliness, reliability and great commitment are just some of the attributes that distinguish Mr. Schmidt. For us, this was a great help and relief and, above all, security in the selection, pricing and handling of potential buyers and their creditworthiness.
