Good, detailed advice with a strong focus on my specific situation.
The only downside is that the appointments drag on forever and are very frequent, especially at the beginning. Of course, this speaks to good customer service, but even there, it can sometimes be a bit too much of a good thing. Two-hour appointments every few days are very overwhelming.
