My children (2) usually go alone to the checks ... The statements that the respective doctor(s) make to them are sometimes confusing...(e.g. the loose braces are wrong). I would wish with a small mail or docket.
I also find that the braces are relatively often broken, ie in addition to the control appointments are always due to repair appointments. Partly with waiting time of weeks for the straightened braces - without statement what effect this has on the wearing time.
Apart from that, we are satisfied.

I was recommended the practice and have already recommended it myself. I am completely satisfied and have no shortcomings. Everything went super fast, super great staff, great doctors. If I had any questions, uncertainties or wishes, I always got an appointment or consultation at short notice. I had braces before and would have been happy to have been in such a great practice back then as well.

Very professional.
Development potential: at each appointment, one is with a different doctor who does not know the entire "file" and history. Therefore, as a patient, I am very often required to explain my specifics as well. Especially when not everything goes according to plan.
Possibly create the possibility that one is assigned to a doctor, if desired.
Furthermore, I would find an online consultation with Mr. Sonnenberg good. I was at a point in my treatment, where I would have liked to hear his know-how and experience on how to proceed.
