I found it particularly helpful to first understand why it is often so difficult to say "no", these little nudges that seem uncomfortable and then encourage a rethink, through to the steps that make so much sense and make the learning path to a clear "no" so much more enjoyable.
The clear and structured manner makes it easy for me as a listener and learner to understand and take away - not a lot of bells and whistles but tools and models presented precisely and easy for everyone to implement in practice.
The bonus material is also great. At first I thought, yes, I've heard it all before, but how nice that this is also emphasized and thus the opportunity is created to give the theoretical model practical depth.
