The impressions and stories we heard there were striking and authentic. The introduction was a bit intense (students were advised: “If you’re boys, you’ll see where you can spend your allowance, and if you’re girls, where you can earn some extra pocket money”), but after that it was appropriate and went well. We were traveling with Volker.
The other group was with Sören, whose storytelling style was described as bland and uninspired.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review. It was an unusual situation for our guides, as the tour took place early in the morning. We usually lead groups in the evening. It’s truly a shame that our guides on site did not receive any feedback or criticism from you or the students. They would certainly have been happy to address this and adjust the tour accordingly. After all, aren’t young people today—just like teachers—used to giving fair, constructive feedback on an equal footing so that growth can take place? Best regards from the Stattreisen Hamburg team

We had a really great detective tour through the city park! My daughter, along with eight other children, had an exciting afternoon with Volker for her 7th birthday! With his calm and caring manner, he did a wonderful job guiding the children through the afternoon. We even got to have a picnic along the way. An all-around great experience!
