In June 2022 installation of the heat pump for the KW 37/38 get communicated. Since then, zero information more, despite multiple requests. Now is week 37 and we feel slowly fooled. Not to be recommended, unserious and not professional.

Addendum March 2023: the organized irresponsibility, accounting catastrophic, even registered letters to management are ignored. One tells ..umpteen people on the phone over and over again the same thing, the next knows then again of nothing. A disgrace !

Recommendation
Consultation, scheduling, installation and follow-up work were carried out quickly, very cleanly and with high quality at a very good price-performance ratio. I have therefore recommended Thermondo to my acquaintances.
My later e-mail inquiry about practical aspects, on the other hand, has not yet been answered. Only 14 days after my inquiry, two telephone calls were made during my absence. Another telephone inquiry to the customer service has so far remained without result.

From the sales consultation to the installation of the system, we are extremely satisfied.
The regulation of the heating e.g. day and night temperature was not shown to us, on the request for the sending of a user manual to be able to do just this ourselves, we were referred to the installation company, which has contacted by phone, not reached us and that was it. We still want a user manual for our heater, that is certainly even our right ...

The advice and installation of the heat pump were very good. The installers have worked very cleanly and well.
Unfortunately, the cover and the heating element are still missing. The most annoying thing is unfortunately the non-functioning WiFi module.
So I always have to go to the technical room to read the data. The communication with Thermondo is not good. No feedback despite calling several times. Very sad!!!

The system has a good heating performance (price, performance) consumption only hot water about 10 KW / h to minus 14 degrees about 50 KW / h until now on average about 25 KW / h. We had gas before because the consumption was somewhat higher. Particularly is, that one can hear the plant outside hardly. The electricity for the heating comes from our solar cloud storage. Costs for cloud storage (heating and electricity consumption) and electric car and Vollservieses at Thermondo together about 180.00 € Mtl. a bargain in today's time.
