My local bank, where I have been a customer for almost 50 years, and other reputable credit institutions were not prepared to grant me a loan of 40,000.00 euros to modernize a badly lived-in apartment, citing the small loan amount and my advanced age (80 years) as the real reason for their rejection. By a happy coincidence I came across the financial advisor Thomas Althaus. Mr. Althaus is exceptionally well connected. He contacted a well-known, nationally operating bank and arranged the desired loan for me at incredibly good conditions. To my surprise, the land charge offered as collateral, for which I had a cancellation approval from a building society, was not even asked for. Since I had been contacted before only by loan sharks, who courted my favor with usurious interest rates, I had already given up my goal of getting the apartment in shape for the purpose of re-renting it, when it came to the hoped-for granting of the loan. Against this background, I am extremely grateful for the expert advice and successful handling of the transaction. Mr. Althaus is likeable and trustworthy.
With his good empathy and expertise, he makes even difficult issues understandable.
