Once we had found a suitable property after a long search, we needed to find suitable financing as quickly as possible. Since we had no previous experience with financing, we were very happy that Mr. Spieß accompanied us through this process from the very beginning and always had a factual and, above all, understandable answer to all our questions. With his professional expertise and his calm, empathetic manner, Mr. Spieß always responded to our concerns and worries, which encouraged us in our decision to buy.
Mr. Spieß accompanied us from the initial interest in buying to the notarial purchase transaction (and beyond), was available at all times and checked back with us at every step to see if there were any questions/uncertainties in this regard. The whole purchase process was very uncomplicated, smooth and, thanks to the good communication, quicker than expected.
We are very happy and grateful that Mr. Spieß accompanied us in this important decision, so that we can now look forward to our new home with a good feeling regarding the financing. Thank you very much!

On the recommendation of acquaintances, we approached Mr. Spieß with the desire for property financing.
Despite the long distance, both the consultation and the conclusion of the mediation went very well.
We could always clarify all our concerns quickly, even problems with the later notary could be handled together with the chosen bank.

Mr. Spieß, we got as a financial advisor for our apartment. Mr. Spieß has in no minute a doubt that he would not have been right for us. He works quickly, analyzing but especially for laymen understandable, in addition with a friendly, calm and charming manner. In matters of financing, one is more than well taken care of here. I, (we) can only warmly recommend him. Who shies away from a long journey is told that there are nowadays teams, Zoom, Skype, Webex, etc. to get in touch.

We were looking for a forward loan for our property to secure the current interest rates. Mr. Spiess pointed out to us a wide variety of financing options. I also liked the fact that they did not stick to one bank, but to the one that had the best offer. So I saved myself the "klinken putzen". Even Check24 could not bring a better offer here. I am very satisfied!

On the recommendation of a colleague, we contacted Mr. Spieß in the context of a construction financing. In him, we found a very patient and competent specialist who helped us to obtain construction financing quickly and at a reasonable price, even despite unplanned short-time work. Even afterwards, he is still there to help us in word and deed.
We especially appreciate his good explanations and his accessibility. Mr. Spieß is actually available at any time via various communication channels and it is especially great that we can get appointments with him at short notice and at all possible times (even far away from normal working hours), in order to get rid of our questions and to clarify everything.
For this we do not even have to go to his office, but, and especially now at Corona time, a conversation about Zoom is always quite relaxed possible.
We didn't get the feeling that Mr. Spieß was trying to sell us contracts or additional insurance, but that he was looking at our current situation and our specific needs. This point in particular has made us more and more dissatisfied with our house bank lately and we are happy to have found the consultant in Mr. Spieß that we have somehow been missing for the last few years.
