I came across the company by chance years ago. Bought a stainless steel ETrolley and am still very satisfied with the product today. When help was needed, the service always responded quickly and competently. Have already given several recommendations to friends. The ingenious thing is that you can also replace small parts if necessary, while with other brands " half the trolley" would have to be replaced.

Super great trolley, quiet, easy to control, great for downhill driving (brake), but the best is the price-performance ratio, because no other trolley comes with.
Maybe you can improve something on the tire profile, very slippery on wet terrain.

Very fast delivery, very fast service. I have the E-Trolley in use, because we visit very steep golf courses and this - especially in summer - is very arduous without E-Trolley. I also received good advice after the purchase, so I will certainly be able to use the trolley for a few more years. I can only recommend this company and gladly give five stars.

After almost a year of market research and comparison of electric trolleys and their providers, I finally decided on an e-trolley from Tour-Made. The advice in advance was detailed and professional. The delivery was fast and in accordance with such a high-quality product.
The trolley was exactly what was ordered and promised. And when it turned out that an accessory was not available, the handling of this issue was professional and customer-oriented. In the end, everything was done to my satisfaction and Tour Made even followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Tour Made does a really good job and the trolley keeps what it promises and gives me great pleasure. And the curious looks on the golf course and the interest in my new trolley I answer with a satisfied recommendation.

This is our second trolly from Tour Made. After buying the RT650S in 2019, we have now bought Haicaddy HC9S. As already the 650LI with me, the HC9S also meets everything that my wife considers important for itself. The easy handling due to the quick fold function. Particularly excited the electronic hill braking on mountainous terrain. Also the AKKU holds with in any case for 27 holes. The only minor point was the initial assembly of the scorecard holder. The diameter of the clamp is very tightly dimensioned and it required some manual dexterity.

Even after almost 2 years of use, we are very satisfied with our 2 e-trolleys. There are no defects whatsoever and the battery performance is still outstanding.
We have a flat course and usually manage 3 18-hole rounds without any problems.

I became aware of TourMade a year ago via social media, when I was looking for a new trolley. I had already considered an electric trolley but the usual premium brands do not offer a correspondingly good price-performance ratio in my view.

So I called Felix from TourMade and after 20 minutes of detailed advice and, in my opinion, perfect service, it was clear to me: It will be the Haicaddy9. I am mega happy and except for one or two small things that could certainly always be better I am completely satisfied. Few bells and whistles, no unnecessary accessories that you have to buy expensive (rather, everything is already included) and overall just a perfect price-performance ratio. I would always go back to TourMade and had to take the service due to my own fault. Here I was also again super accommodating and has exchanged engine and control unit.

have received my Trolley TourMade 650S 2 days after ordering and of course immediately tried.
funktionniert impeccable, after 9 holes on our challenging course (GCClervaux) has the battery still almost full indicated. The handling is very pleasant and the workmanship is high quality.

So from the beginning ,
The customer service is above average.
When you call so far always someone answers the phone and you get friendly and competent information.
I have already ordered 3-4 times accessories and the delivery was very fast.
My e-trolley is now four and a half years old and has never let me down.
The large battery lasts with us in MZ. Budenheim where it is very hilly 2x 18 holes but then also only at 5% .
So all in all high quality trolleys , high quality accessories and super customer service.
5 stars on everything and absolute purchase
