1. Product Quality:
I purchased the HaiCaddy and the waterproof golf bag from Tourmade. Both products are of outstanding quality and offer excellent value for the price. The HaiCaddy can be disassembled to a very compact size and—which is extremely practical—also “folds up” very neatly.
What impresses me most about the golf bag are the sturdy zippers; in the past, I’ve encountered significantly lower quality on waterproof bags.
2. Customer Service:
You’re immediately assigned a personal contact person, and the advice I received during the purchase was simply outstanding.
Conclusion: I’ll recommend Tourmade to everyone!!!

I used the Haicaddy HC6 for a week on a golf trip in Austria, and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. It’s very solidly built from stainless steel, has a compact pack size, and comes with everything you need (including a carrying bag, protective caps for the wheels and axles, a battery extension cable, an umbrella holder, and a scorecard holder). The battery easily lasts for 2 rounds of 18 holes each. Customer support is excellent—they’re immediately available by phone or email and are very helpful and professional. A replacement part arrived within 3 days. The controls—the buttons and the dial on the handle—work very well.

The Hc5 is easy to assemble and disassemble. Its packed size is excellent. I really like that the bag has a separate compartment for the wheels. On the course, the cart feels solid and stable. The speed control is very smooth but takes a little practice. After 18 holes, I’d gotten the hang of it. The battery is great. After every round, there were still 4 green lights showing. The motor performs well even going uphill. I’m completely satisfied!

We bought two SharkCaddies made of carbon fiber. They’re supposed to be real “mountain goats”—which suited our golf course perfectly, since it’s quite hilly. The caddies are a breeze to handle; they drive great, and it’s a lot of fun. The build quality is excellent, and setting them up and taking them down is super easy. I also think the metal umbrella holder is great, and I have a phone mount that I really appreciate. The only downside is that it tips backward quite easily. When you take the bag off, it tips backward, even if you’ve already removed the phone. You always have to fold down the handle first and then remove the bag. That’s a bit of a shame. Even with the umbrella attached, it has happened before that it tips backward. Otherwise, we’re very satisfied and wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I've had the Tourmade electric cart for three seasons now, and I'm still 100% satisfied with it. I think it's super stylish and very sturdy. The battery easily lasts me 45 holes; only then do I need to plug it back in.
The customer service is absolutely top-notch—they help you out and/or give advice right away. That was another reason why I chose TourMade. A friend of mine also has a TourMade trolley. She had some minor issues with the speed button. She packed it up, sent it to TourMade, and got it back repaired in no time. Everything is just great.

I'm completely satisfied with the Tourmade RT-610S cart I use. It's lightweight, practical, and takes up very little space when folded, and the wheels come off easily. It’s easy to maneuver with the two handles and the speed dial, which can be adjusted with just one finger. The motor brake works well on downhill slopes. It’s very stable. The battery is easy to install and provides enough power for two trips before needing to be recharged. I’ve had no trouble getting used to it.
