HC7S Haicaddy E-Trolley. After 3 seasons: very nice smooth running, easy to push even when freewheeling. Very easy to assemble and dismantle, saves space when transporting in the car. The operation
operation is very simple. One battery charge lasts almost 3 laps.
Price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
Recommendation: rather buy aluminum or titanium, so lightweight construction.

In addition to the products, I particularly appreciate the Tourmade service, which I have always found to be courteous and helpful. I had a few problems with wearing parts on our now 6 year old Haicaddies for which the technical service always found a quick and unbureaucratic solution. Please keep up the good work.

The advice was very good and without time pressure, very friendly and competent team. I have now ridden two laps on the HC9, what can I say, everything is great. The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable.
I will definitely order my husband an HC9 in black with royal blue tires, he is also totally thrilled.

Super-fast delivery of a new potentiometer - so I was able to remove the old one today (with the help of my daughter 😉) and install the new one - my trolley seems to be repaired!!! I still have to try it out on the course, but: that was a great analysis, great service and great shipping. And 'thank you' also for the matching repair description attached by email, otherwise I probably wouldn't have realized it!!!

The price-performance ratio is great, the accessories are significantly cheaper than with the "big brands". Already the second trolley from Tour Made. The first time a part was lost, a quick call and 2 days later the part was in the post, an invoice was not enclosed. Chapeau!

There is a wide range of golf trolleys on offer, but the Haicaddie9 was a good choice. It runs extremely smoothly, is easy to operate and parks safely with the electronic parking brake.
But the most important experience with my new trolley: when I had a small problem, I received quick, friendly and uncomplicated help. This service orientation of TourMade seems to me to be an important reason for a clear purchase recommendation.

I have had my HC9 for a few days now, which I decided on after weeks of research. The decisive factors were the price-performance ratio and the positive customer reviews, which I can only confirm. As this is my first electric trolley, I had a lot of questions about handling, accessories and battery care. I therefore called Tour Made and had a long conversation with Mr. Nimmrichter. He answered all my questions in a very friendly and patient manner and advised me on choosing a suitable bag. We also quickly agreed on the total price.
The process afterwards worked perfectly, and I received both the trolley and the bag just three days later.
I managed to assemble the trolley straight away and fitting the accessories was no problem either.
Now I'm looking forward to many relaxed rounds of golf!

Simply very good: no AI at the other end, but people who could be spoken to immediately. Wonderful! My trolley went on strike, it only worked with the downhill lock on.... I received competent explanations and suggestions for solutions were actively sought. However, I was helped very quickly. I can absolutely recommend Tourmade for customer service. The trolley itself, an RT-610, is of high quality and as a frequent golfer this trolley shows no weaknesses. Nothing rattles and everything sits firmly - 6 out of 5 stars here too.

My product Haicaddy HC9 is a great product, very fair price (almost half the price of other products in this quality class), easy to assemble and very easy to use. The battery lasts for 36 holes.
