Good day,we have decided after we have acquired a plot in 2018 to build a house in the Next years,we have taken the time to various prefabricated houses companies to obtain offers to compare the various services,all were the same in concept.Then we have become aware of the company Town&Country and have contacted the Mr. Dietmar Jonas,after a few days we had also had a telephone contact to discuss various things what we imagine.There are various building projects in question.The Mr. Jonas has suggested and invited us to various building projects what finished goods before the handover to the builder.After we have decided on a building project, then came the questions about the house contract which has been explained to us very detailed and understandable.Also the planning and design with the Mr. Hanses in Ansbach has run very well and to our satisfaction.Currently, the plans are at the building authority.
Conclusion, we are very satisfied to date and perhaps our experience will be useful to other builders.
