Never again! Very expensive sofa was delivered incorrectly and only taken back after very many phone calls, mails and lawyer letters. Only the third announced collection date worked. And then 300€!!!!!!!! € was charged for this pickup!

Super satisfied. Furniture was finished in June. Since the remodeling was not yet finished, the furniture could not be placed. No problem. Will now be delivered in August.

I am delighted with my new cozy couch. It has a very high quality finish and offers excellent sitting and lying comfort. The consultant in the store was very friendly and competent and took a lot of time. The delivery was also on time and the employees were polite and courteous. This makes furniture shopping fun.
We were very friendly and expertly advised by Mrs. Tallarek. The delivery service incl. telephone announcement and assembly of the furniture worked perfectly. All in all very good!
We were fully satisfied with UNI-Polster. We were interested in a box spring bed and were really perfectly advised. Mr. Hartmann (Oberhausen branch) gave us enough time for a thorough pre-selection. then he advised us in detail. Has always been responsive to our wishes / questions. Even after we had already decided on a bed, we were given time for further considerations. The whole process was competent, harmonious and completely stress-free. It is about the order G00460. After three (3) reminders because of allegedly no deposit that was made on June 3 and multiple phone calls to clarify this, I think that the Unipolstermitarbeiter are wrong in place.
I ask for a quick clarification
The salesman (Mr. Omayrat) offered us his help as soon as we entered the store and showed us possible upholstered sets. After that, he withdrew and let us test sit first in peace. when we had decided on a set and needed his assistance with the individual configuration, he was immediately on hand.
Mr. Omayrat was very friendly and equally competent. We felt very well taken care of with him. We can recommend him and the store Uni-Polster Oberhausen without reservation.
