We were particularly impressed that Ms. Hamann responded immediately to a call on the way to work and then called me back to say that there was still an apartment available for my desired period. It is very positive that you can park on the property and leave your bikes in a garage. The janitor and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, especially the bathroom, is very small. Next time we will take a bigger apartment, please fix the toilet seat.

The apartment was nice and we were very satisfied overall. The couch in the living room has a lot of stains, so it might need to be replaced. But that would be the only point we would consider negative.

Once again we are very satisfied and had great days in Kühlungsborn.
The apartment is cozy, modern and quiet and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect. Very positive to emphasize was the nice and uncomplicated contact of the property management!
The only point of criticism are the pillows in the beds - these are getting on in years and no longer beautiful!
We will be back!

This was our 2nd time in the Seeschwalbe apartment in Villa Veneta and we were once again completely satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. We are delighted with the location. The beach, Lidl, Bäcker Junge and a craft beer bar (4 friends) on the doorstep.

What more could you need?

Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, it was really cold and windy. Nevertheless, we made 2 super nice bike tours. The garage is great for storing the e-bikes and charging them there too.

We will definitely be back again.

Well renovated house with new furniture tastefully decorated. Great location near the beach. Professional service around booking etc., very friendly service by Mrs. Leu on site. We were here now for the second time and will come again.

Dear Mrs. Hamann,
very gladly you may welcome us in the future as your regular guests, we liked it very much with you.
As a suggestion, I would only have a larger closet, potholders and a broom or other vacuum cleaner in the apartment "Lapwing ".
I was afraid when vacuuming that this vacuum cleaner would scratch the floor....
I hope so much that next year we will be able to return to the apartment and I will also get a vacation at the reserved time.
We are totally met and recommend Villa Vineta very gladly and with a clear conscience ‼️

We found a very nice vacation apartment. Garage for bikes perfect. Very good care by Mrs. Leu. Was always trying to fulfill our wishes.

Villa Vineta is centrally located not far from the west beach, about three minutes walk.
The very beautiful furnishings were designed with great attention to detail. The furnishings look high quality and very well maintained. Especially valuable is the free parking space available to the apartment. Here you can only feel comfortable and the overall concept is right. Professional care from the beginning of the booking to the stay on site. Here you can see that the owners also invest money so that their guests feel comfortable. Just as the apartments are pictured on the website, they look exactly the same. We can only recommend this residential complex and will only come here during our next stay in Kühlungsborn.
