When you are really ill, you realize how good your health insurance is. I am very grateful to Vivida Bkk, because I received first-class support even when I was receiving sick pay! Very friendly staff, always very prompt transfer of the sickness benefit. There was never any pressure, as is unfortunately usual with large health insurance companies. A few times I was asked very kindly if Vivida could help me. I am very happy to be insured with them now as a pensioner and am therefore even happy to pay the share of my company pension to Vivida.

I would recommend vivida BKK health insurance to anyone.
My daughter suffers from asthma and regularly needs the Pari Boy Junior for inhalation. unfortunately ours broke down and I really got the approval within 5 hours that it would be covered because my daughter urgently needed it. thank you very much again for the quick processing
I would even give the staff 10 stars, always very friendly and helpful.

I have been with Vivida (previously Schwenninger) for years and have had a very good experience so far (and hopefully will continue to do so). I've always been helped, no matter what the issue. I have also insured my child here since birth and found it really cute with the u- examinations they send. The staff on the phone are always very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the team.

Since Schwenninger became Vivida, my satisfaction with this health insurance company has steadily decreased. What is absolutely unproblematic is the co-payment for yoga courses and osteopathy. Submit it and shortly afterwards the reimbursement is in your account. What I can confirm, however, like other insured persons here, is that you cannot expect any goodwill for services that would make sense and were prescribed by a doctor, but are not included in the benefits catalog. Then you have no chance of getting support.
It's also very annoying that my children, who are both studying, find it so difficult to earn money. Of course you are not allowed to exceed salary limits, but while other insurance companies simply demand that the average monthly salary is not exceeded over the year, Vivida constantly demands monthly salary statements, because they could possibly take a monthly contribution from the student. Even as a working student there are problems, although in this case you are allowed to work more during the semester break. If you call them three times, you get three different answers, but somehow nobody really knows.... fact is that other students don't have these problems with other insurance companies. This is a way of scaring away future high-earning policyholders, because my children will definitely choose a different health insurance fund.

Zero, or minus points for this fund, which would rather pay thousands of € for medication/sickness benefit/treatment and/or nursing staff for another few years before paying €50,000 just once.

After a stroke, I was given 3 weeks of rehabilitation. Although the specialist doctors more than justified that an extension was simmvoll, the BKK Schwenningen refused this extension. I have neurological deficits, walking difficulties, double vision and a few other difficulties. I am not able to drive a car. I received up to 9 treatments a day during rehab. How am I supposed to manage this workload at home? The most outrageous thing about this is that, after enquiring, I was told by the BKK that the rehab clinic had not approved the extension. This is not true, as I have the clinic's application from the doctor. It states that the rehab clinic did indeed recommend the extension. Not only is a stroke case apparently not taken seriously and letters from doctors are ignored, you are also taken for a fool. I will change health insurance companies after decades of membership.
I hope you get into a situation like this and some so-called experts decide against you and your health.

When I really needed help after several decades of membership following an accident, I was so rudely fobbed off on the phone with -- O.Ton-- "your personal bad luck". As a mockery, after only 5 weeks I received a nice letter that the bkk now wants to support me. She did nothing.
I define service differently and will change my health insurance company.
Suggestion: Replace the hotline with AI, if it is rejected in principle anyway.
Then the Bkk saves costs and the insured person saves nerves. A win-win situation, so to speak.

I'm thinking about changing my health insurance company - I've been very annoyed.
The health insurance company can't see in my records that I've been to a check-up, for example.
I'm supposed to do everything online - but vivida wants a stamp from the doctor on a form....ha, ha, ha....so the bonus program can save me....I feel cheated....
PS: my GP, for example, charges me €10 for the stamp....

As an employer, I can only report negative experiences... Shirkers and those unwilling to work are rewarded! Application for MDK is rejected by the insurance company after the employee is called back by the insurance company.

I've been with Vivida Bkk, formerly Schwenninger Bkk, for 28 years and brought my wife to Vivida Bkk.
Pregnancy course only partially paid for.
Osteopathy on the advice of the midwife was not paid for.
The budget of 500 € which is supposedly available for mother and child was also not taken into account.

We are looking around for other health insurance companies and would definitely not recommend Vivida BKK to anyone.
