We take your criticism regarding the need for improvement in aftercare very seriously. Unfortunately, you have not yet been able to benefit from our new 360-degree concept as a patient, which has been introduced for all new Weight Doctors patients since September 1, 2023. With this approach, we have significantly corrected existing deficits in care with the help of a digital app, AI-supported online advisor and, above all, our new 360 coaches.
With this aftercare program, our patient satisfaction has also changed extremely positively in this, as you quite rightly say, very important area. I think that this innovation makes it more than clear that we value constructive feedback highly and try to derive important lessons from it for the benefit of an even better and more patient-specific offering.
As compensation in your case, we have already given you a digital smart body scale, which, together with 12 months' access to our Weight Doctors app, will help you to keep a close eye on the first year after your treatment.
Unfortunately, the health tracker is not currently available from the manufacturer. We regret that ourselves. However, you can pair the scale and app with your own smartphone via Apple Health or Google Health (both iOS and Android are supported). This allows you to use even more functions than with the tracker itself. Our team of 360 Coaches will be happy to help you with the setup.
