The customer service is excellent and exceptional. A leaking pool was replaced immediately and now it's the motor's turn. Here, too, processing was fast and unproblematic. Both the technical department and Customer Service respond quickly, friendly and competently.

I would recommend it, but only to people who have already left the house with their children. As the pool is very sensitive and requires a lot of maintenance.
We are also very satisfied with our 2nd Softhub, this time "Poseidon". Mr. Herzog from the Wandlitz sales office gave us very good, comprehensive advice. The delivery was speedy and in perfect condition. We enjoy it as often as we can😊👍 and are happy to recommend it to others.
Our desired delivery date was met without any problems - we could have had it earlier, but we had to prepare our patio first.
The advice on the purchase, as well as the installation and instruction, were exemplary. The staff are all extremely friendly, always available and help you immediately if you have any questions about water maintenance etc.
We have now enjoyed the pool several times and look forward to many happy years with it.

Delivery with appointment totally failed. Spedition simply did not appear and the next day without notice the complete pool with complete 5/8 border simply placed on the sidewalk and driven away although no one was home. After consultation with Whirlpool & Living I was told that the upper department will be informed and I get a response. I'm still waiting for it today (5 days later).

We expressly regret the inconvenience caused by the forwarding company's delivery.

To fulfill our dream of a whirlpool, we went to Wandlitz without obligation. We were advised by Mr. Herzog very friendly and extremely competent. He explained the different models to us in detail, so that we finally decided on a softub. Great customer service!
Our neighbors have been infected by our Whirpool and have also recently purchased one. For our recommendation, we received a 100 € voucher from Whirpool & Living, which we were allowed to redeem online when purchasing accessories. A great service - we were very positively surprised. We were already very satisfied with the first consultation 2022 at the Maimarkt and we have therefore also decided to order our whirlpool 2023 there. The purchase process and delivery were flawless. On delivery itself, the packaging was damaged, but the pool itself was undamaged.
Whirlpool is built and we are very satisfied. There were enormous problems with the delivery. Time arrangements were not kept. The delivery arrived very late with us.
Very friendly , competent and not intrusive advice. Order processing and delivery were perfect 👌 Even after delivery continued prompt handling of orders as well as service.
