We fell in love with a Softub Poseidon at a trade fair. Actually, I always wanted a fixed-shell pool. Fortunately, you offer a test swim, which we gladly accepted. A super pleasant atmosphere, created and supported by your fantastic employee Ms. Feldmann, who took a lot of time for us, convinced me of the advantages of the Softub. So quiet and yet the advantages of a "large" pool, have brought us to the Poseidon, which is now giving us pleasure in our garden after a very short delivery time. I can only pass the best judgment on Whirlpool&Living. Super friendly and emphatic, highly competent. You felt very welcome.
The only downside is the lid lifter that we also bought. In my opinion, it looks like a foreign object and is not of the best quality. The Allen key supplied did not fit the screws, so I had to buy a special one at the DIY store because it is an American size. I think it is clearly overpriced in terms of price/performance.

All in all, however, I can recommend Whirlpool&Living 100%. We are looking forward to many happy years in the new pool and are very confident that we can count on Whirlpool&Living for all our needs.

Good quality, top advice

A super product that conjures up a little wellness in every day.
Especially in winter when there is snow and ice, it's a great after-work activity.
It is easy to use and maintenance is straightforward.
Customer service (thank you, Ms. Janssen) is always available to answer questions.
Really an all-round purchase that I have not regretted!

It takes a long time to heat up the pool after a vacation. The electricity costs are higher than mentioned. We have now sent the pool into the winter break, as our PV system naturally produces little now. And the temperature drop in the outside temperatures is at least 2 °C per day.

Good advice. The delivery was made on time. A great product and we enjoy every dip in the pool. Easy to assemble.

The customer service is excellent and exceptional. A leaking pool was replaced immediately and now it's the motor's turn. Here, too, processing was fast and unproblematic. Both the technical department and Customer Service respond quickly, friendly and competently.

I would recommend it, but only to people who have already left the house with their children. As the pool is very sensitive and requires a lot of maintenance.

YouTube videos for explanation and clarification are great. They make it much easier to get started.

We are also very satisfied with our 2nd Softhub, this time "Poseidon". Mr. Herzog from the Wandlitz sales office gave us very good, comprehensive advice. The delivery was speedy and in perfect condition. We enjoy it as often as we can😊👍 and are happy to recommend it to others.

Our desired delivery date was met without any problems - we could have had it earlier, but we had to prepare our patio first.
The advice on the purchase, as well as the installation and instruction, were exemplary. The staff are all extremely friendly, always available and help you immediately if you have any questions about water maintenance etc.
We have now enjoyed the pool several times and look forward to many happy years with it.

A great pool that can easily be placed in the garden of a terraced house. We haven't regretted our decision for a single day.

Delivery with appointment totally failed. Spedition simply did not appear and the next day without notice the complete pool with complete 5/8 border simply placed on the sidewalk and driven away although no one was home. After consultation with Whirlpool & Living I was told that the upper department will be informed and I get a response. I'm still waiting for it today (5 days later).

To fulfill our dream of a whirlpool, we went to Wandlitz without obligation. We were advised by Mr. Herzog very friendly and extremely competent. He explained the different models to us in detail, so that we finally decided on a softub. Great customer service!
