I got to know 10XCRM as part of a sales training course and I am delighted with the benefits it offers. I had previously had experience with Close, but I found it inefficient as it lacked comprehensive automation features. The lack of automation meant that many tasks had to be done manually, which was time consuming and unnecessarily slowed down the sales process.

If there are any questions or malfunctions, help is always provided quickly and competently, which makes it possible to work smoothly. In addition, change requests in the CRM system are implemented quickly so that the system can be flexibly adapted to current requirements and can therefore continue to develop together with the sales department.

10xCRM is great.

Not everything is self-explanatory and you have to familiarize yourself with the subject matter.
But all the ideas we put forward were implemented at full speed.

Sky is the limit, I would say!

Automation, setup and support for sales staff are in the best hands here.

It took us more than half a year to integrate most of the automations, but that was our own fault because we didn't invest enough time.
That's why you shouldn't go in with the expectation that everything is a sure-fire success.

The 10xCRM team is our extended arm and needs instructions.

A price is always relative. As a start-up, these are high monthly fees, but they take the pressure off the employees.

Advice during support is phenomenal. During the purchase process, we probably talked past each other a bit.
