Already in the finding phase, the employees of visual4 convinced us with their friendly and above all individual and detailed advice. An engaged communication at eye level, we felt understood. During the introduction of the system, we were continuously supported according to our needs and received numerous tips for mapping our operational processes in the CRM.
We can adapt the system to our needs in many areas ourselves and are thus able to make changes or additions quickly. The connection to our ERP system and our communication tools (Outlook, telephone system, teams...) ran largely smoothly. If something didn't work right away, visual4 has supported us quickly and without complications so far. You can feel that it is important to visual4 to work successfully with the system in the end.
The introduction of 1CRM in our company was another important step to make us fit for the future, to further improve the customer experience, to further increase the efficiency of our processes, and to continue the digitalization of our business processes. Thanks to the largely intuitive user interface, our colleagues were able to use the system after only a short training session and are happy to do so.
Of course, the solution does not necessarily offer the same range of functions as the solutions of the market leaders. However, for us as a medium-sized company, all the necessary functionalities are available at a fraction of the price of the large providers. We consider the price-performance ratio to be outstanding, and the open and fair cooperation inspires us.
