The scanner on a Brother multifunctional device for 400 euros failed after a year.

The ecotank (new price: 550 euros) was 5 years old and had a paper jam: this shows how regional specialist dealers can work better, faster and cheaper than hotlines. The paper jam was removed and at the same time the print head was motivated to really step on the gas on all nozzles! If König Kunde still wants to take advantage of such services in the future: then support the regional service providers and put some effort into thinking about sustainable working and living.

We are also committed to sustainability: but this is only a small part of our overall program!

Our customer from Rhineland-Palatinate appreciates the contact and individuality to us, since 2009, which also includes the small official channels especially for "rarities" and special solutions. Of course everything needs structure and line, sometimes it goes differently but also as fast as you need it.

Today, in addition to the recycling of empty printer cartridges, we were also involved in the topic of "full, unused printer cartridges".

We have determined that the older Pixma system (cartridges PG510, CL511) has run 4,500 pages, the second Epson printer was not definitely no longer usable. At the same time, it was determined that the feeder was no longer working optimally, a wear that can also occur with the use of poorer quality paper. Our statement was: the printer will do it some more, maybe this year or next year. It is "in retirement age".

What services did we provide? The printer was inspected, the black cartridge was made operable. The color cartridge was empty, we replaced it free of charge with one from our inventory. This alone is worth over 20 Euros. Furthermore, we tested in advance whether this old printer, taken over from a relative, would run on Windows 10, and then installed the printer driver on the customer's laptop, which was very slow.

You can't charge > 1 hour of effort, which was total, for a sustained concern, even on the customer side. For this reason, there was a whopping discount to the labor rate, which was shown on the invoice: Service+Color cartridge+Installation: 35 Euro incl. VAT.

We assume that this is very fair, and have put our justified economic concerns
put aside. The printer will still do something - the user's spending priorities are currently
somewhat different, as he reported to us.

From this point of view, we have to conclude that the amount including consumables was WELL worth the price, additionally
the customer learned how to work more sustainably with equipment. That was our objective
with this project, whereby it is often not always correctly understood and a gigantic insecurity
prevails.

Our self-employed customer took delivery of an HP M477 with 10,000 pages. The device made

Supposedly well-intentioned, the quick procurement for the "oldie", with Brother TN2000 and DR2000, and unfortunately went in the pants. With 3bprint, this issue came off the table extremely quickly. The toner quietly trickles black - that really doesn't have to be the case.

The qualities in Asia are not consolidated, everything is possible. The suppliers in the Internet forums offer no service nor guarantee promises: and if, then everything is very laborious, and directly helped, by telephone or personally, you do not get. 3bprint is on the spot - experienced for 25 years, and that pays off. Sustainable in our trade is also that we save very many devices from the dustbin, and refit them with reasonable consumables - reliable and fair in price, not just "cheap".

The product you received from us for simplification reasons (TN2000, quasi our oldie service) was an original product at a very reasonable price. As with all our products (especially compatible brand quality from Germany) and service, you will receive an application warranty without ifs and buts, if necessary also
directly on site, completely free of charge. Who is so committed on site for its customers ?

Our offer is aimed at corporate customers and government agencies, as well as business customers, but we are open to all customer groups. I had a problem with my Samsung color laser printer. There were suddenly stripes in the print image, especially when printing pictures. I myself could not explain the problem and could not fix the error myself; despite a long search on Google. "In my distress" I first sought help by telephone from "3Be Peter Bauer e.K.". The boss personally took a lot of time and I described my problem. I got many tips on what could be causing the error and even a service appointment suggestion for the next day. However, I didn't even need to make use of this, because Peter Bauer's tips ultimately led to the solution of the problem. In addition to two original Samsung color cartridges, I had also installed two cheaper, supposedly compatible cartridges in the printer. I then replaced them with two original cartridges and lo and behold, the error was corrected. You have to come up with that first. But the phone call with the expert quickly led to the goal. I can only warmly recommend "3Be Peter Bauer e.K." to both business and private customers!

Remote diagnosis: this requires experience, perfect customer dialog and background knowledge. In this case, it was two toners from Chinese mass production, bought on the Internet, without support and warranty, which became increasingly faulty. Error is known, good if you know your way around: it's best to see it.

MIt our customer we have discussed the issue in detail, the factor product quality, as well as product age play a role. Of course, the majority of private customers say: the original is too expensive for me, where is the alternative
to the high costs ? There are some -- let's stay with the product for once.

Without making demands on consumables, you are quickly in a dead end, even as a private person, especially in a * non-consold * manufacturer world in Asia, with main center China. Bad for your own wallet, (nothing is saved), bad for the printer, possibly damage, bad for any thought of sustainability. Fortunately, our customer did not throw it away, but looked for experts who would take care of his private issue.

The "Provenexpert Banner" in the footer of the homepage helps to find the right one.

In the year 2000 sustainability, related to all topics around printers and multifunction, was the reason to found 3bprint. When this word and the associated action in the complete process chain was not yet on everyone's lips.

3bprint - simply more informative, we enlighten.
Sustainability is the key to economic, continuous action, and thus also the key to environmental protection and conservation.

This begins with our topic with the right advice in the selection, konzpetionell as well as with thoughts on the hardware side. Just a concept: [3Be]...print partner for PC printing concepts. Maintenance, repair and long equipment runtimes are another key. "Compatible" is a topic all of its own, and this includes comprehensive information - just selling is far too little here. There are not many people in Germany who have excellent knowledge and up-to-date expertise in this area. Sellers as a rule often do not.

The damage to devices, caused by products from Asia, explodes felt - these are new customer appointments. Likewise toners are defective and must be replaced: Money lost. Users, however, do not even think about it and buy new all the time: and save on butter in the supermarket!

Dear CO2, do you arise only with the traffic, with the heating, with the flying, with the many (unnecessary) journeys of the parcel services, or perhaps also by overemphasized economical behavior of the economy world-wide, which optimizes also by short-livedness of goods ("breaking point") profits ? Economically critically to see. Consequently, the policy must counteract regularly (if the lobby allows it), as now, for example, the "Repair First Initiative" for electrical appliances (the right to repair), which is being discussed in the EU, but is not yet in the dry.

Our customer did not quite get on with PE. I am therefore copying the additional email that reached us,
this context:

"Hello Mr. Bauer, that's good news about the toner - I'm really super satisfied! Thank you very much
for the detailed advice!"

In the "consultation sessions" we wavered between different approaches to implementation in the selection of devices. I am pleased that we have once again hit the nail on the head, as is the case with almost all customers: at 3bprint there is a tailor-made suit at a fair price! Of course, this takes time, an effort that today, from both the customer
customers and suppliers no longer want to invest. 3bprint stands behind its consulting concept.

We have a fundamental problem with teachers, which I explain as follows: "Perhaps word will get around among colleagues: they are often helpless and "bossy". We have helped more than one teacher out of a real pickle: due to unstable China quality (the customer knows nothing except the price) is not recognized and spreads like a plague through the net and the ePlatforms.
