Mr. Schmidt and his team take their time. Of course, one would think, since they are interested in selling their service. But what I experienced goes beyond the ordinary. As far as possible, they adapted to my needs, someone was always available and there was always an honest answer when I asked. Mistakes can happen, questions arise, agreements have to be made where people work (together). If you perceive this management as eliminated obligation, then you can get real benefit as a customer and provide for old age. I wish AS Management all the best and also myself, because finally we look from now on together into the future in this subject.

For all possible questions there were quick answers and for small stumbling blocks along the way there were wonderful solutions. I am more than satisfied and can really only recommend it to everyone. It is one of those offers that, when you take advantage of them, you just want to take advantage of them again immediately. For me, it is certain that I will purchase my next (or maybe next) real estate together with A.S. Management.

Questions are answered, you get everything in black and white and enjoy the acquisition of a property with really minimal effort. In addition, the team is just super nice and you feel immediately welcome!
