Mr. Stepputat was very friendly, patient and took a lot of time to answer all my questions in detail. He explained everything to me very clearly and precisely, even complicated topics, so that I always felt safe and in good hands. I never had the feeling that I was being put under pressure, but was given really honest and professional support. A very clear recommendation.

I am very grateful to Mr. Stepputat for his work. He is a professional, very helpful, polite and knows exactly what to do in all situations.
I was only able to save a few euros with his help (due to my unusual situation), but at the same time he emphasized how important it is to save this amount and use it elsewhere.
I can only recommend it!

To be honest, I was skeptical at first because the advertising on Insta was very direct. I thought, well, it's just going to be something with "free advice" and then there's the catch. But I was really pleasantly surprised. The guy was likeable, didn't push anything, just explained what was going on. I've finally got cheaper insurance and the issue is off the table.

I had a great conversation with Samuel, he first explained to me how health insurance works in Germany and why I am now paying such high premiums. We then directly compared alternatives and I've now saved €114 a month by switching.

The conversations with Hamdi were all very pleasant. I had the feeling that we were able to talk as equals and that he didn't want to push anything on me. Spontaneous rescheduling was also no problem. I am happy to have responded to the advertisement and would recommend Academycon to others.

To be honest, I was on the verge of canceling the appointment because I wasn't in the mood for such a sales pitch. But then I was really pleasantly surprised. Easy-going guy, nothing artificial, but the form at the end was a bit confusing. Still, it was easy to sort out in the end. If the insurance really works out as promised, I'll be happy.

I'm happy with the advice, but I think it's a shame that the email with the documents didn't arrive until two days later. I thought it was another one of those air number things. But it wasn't, everything was correct and it's working now. Still a bit annoying.

The call was okay, but the calendar link only worked for me on the third attempt. It was a bit annoying. But then the advice itself was really okay, no pressure, no sales talk. If everything works with the new cash register, I'll give it five stars.

I've been enrolled for ages, work part-time and never really bothered with insurance. When the premiums went up, I finally looked into it. I came across Academycon via Instagram. The call was really pleasant, no pressure, no fear of saying the wrong thing. Samuel explained everything to me very calmly, even using examples from my situation. In the end, it was clear that I would switch. Now I'm saving €130 a month and I'm a bit annoyed that I didn't do it two semesters ago.

I found out about Academycon from a fellow student. At first I thought it was some dubious financial advisor stuff, but it wasn't at all. The appointment was very relaxed, no sales pitch. We went through my situation and it just made sense. Now I pay less, have better benefits and, to be honest, for the first time I feel like I've understood my health insurance company.

The conversations with Kevin are always pleasant, relaxed and a lot of fun. He's super likeable, we laugh a lot together and when it comes to technical questions, the "Rotus Eklikus" ;) can answer them competently and with understanding. You always leave the conversation in a good mood.

Samuel was remarkably responsive to my individual needs and tried to find the best possible product for me. He showed a lot of patience by taking a lot of time to listen to everything and answering my questions 3 or 4 times.
What's more, the whole procedure is very simple. No chaos of documents and phone calls.

I was super critical because I've had bad experiences with consultants before. But this was really different. Serious, structured and still friendly. I particularly liked the fact that the disadvantages were also addressed, not just the positive aspects. That makes me feel much more trustworthy.
