We are more than satisfied with the service of the company that helped us to be happy owners of a condominium. The advice and service were excellent and always adapted to our needs. There was a feeling (which proved true!) that Acura was advocating our interests vis-a-vis banks.
We were very impressed with the patience, friendliness and a professional approach that never made one feel like a supplicant but a valued client. Patience, especially because we repeatedly presented new objects with financing requests over half a year, whose purchase then fell through for various reasons, but Acura, especially Mr. Bongé, always stayed on the ball until something was finally found. Also the patience to explain the process and the products to a layman, but to do a lot of work for someone who is buying a home for the first time and taking out a loan. We were happy to accept this, as we always had full confidence in the service and advice.
Without the support of AcuraFinanz, it would certainly have been much more difficult to purchase our condo. It is quite possible, even given the tough consulting experiences we had with banks, that we would not have a condo today.
