Albert Immo ist ein seit 2015 aktiver Immobilieninvestor mit Fokus auf Wohnimmobilien in Berlin. Haupttätigkeitsbereich des Unternehmens ist die langfristige Entwicklung bestehender Immobilien und die Schaffung neuer Wohnflächen auf bestehender Bausubstanz. Dies geschieht unter anderem mittels Dachgeschossausbau, Aufstockung und Nachverdichtung.
Wir hatten vorher 2x sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht mit unserem Vermieter. Albert Immo ist das komplette Gegenteil. Sie kümmern sich sofort um anfallende Anliegen und auf Rückfragen wird auch immer schnell reagiert.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Vermieter. Es waren Reparaturen nötig denen sich sofort angenommen wurde. Das waren wir von vorherigen Vermietern anders gewöhnt. Besten Dank
