Alex not only took the time to listen to my needs over the phone, but she also came up with an elegant solution to address my limitations (in this case, shooting in my home). When I was struggling to figure out how to coordinate the photoshoot w.r.t. locations, budget, outfits, etc., she took charge of the situation and said "Here's what we can do", and proceeded to lay out a clear and simple strategy that not only facilitated everything I needed and more, she also made me feel calm and safe and supported. She also worked with me to figure out the best way to choose the photos that fit my special needs. It was truly a fun and rewarding experience working with Alex, enjoying her clear expertise and creative and warm nature.
