I love Andreas Goldemann's courses. They help and support me on various levels: on the one hand, with his voice and his sounds—they help me to arrive at my center, release blockages, activate meridians, and much more. After and while listening, I become more present, more relaxed, and feel lighter and more at ease.
On the other hand, I receive practical exercises and tools to implement in everyday life. - Great!

I have been participating for three years now and have taken several courses. Much of what he says resonates with me. That alone helps me a lot, and the toning supports the process. I actually use one of the sessions every day, which always helps me physically to create a certain relaxation in the tension. I think the support via Telegram is brilliant, as I also learn a lot from the comments of others and he responds daily. I really appreciate that he is very grounded, which allows me to practice being grounded and experience the freedom that comes with it. He moves with the times and constantly updates the sessions accordingly. I found the forgiveness course to be very relevant and beneficial. I have MS and am currently still in a wheelchair. The sounds always help my body a lot with the tension. I can't imagine a day without it at the moment. It is an important support for me, in addition to the many other things I do in this regard. I am very grateful that my path led me to him and for his work! He always has a nice team around him who are super dedicated and support him wonderfully.

Chakras – Wheels of Light I really liked and appreciated the fact that the individual chakra sessions are accompanied by music. After listening to a session for the first time, my body reacted with extreme tiredness. When I listened to it again, I felt a very pleasant sense of well-being and a great sense of freedom within myself.
I am very grateful and enthusiastic about this valuable treasure chest that Andreas has filled.

The Raunächte (twelfth nights) this year were a healing daily companion for me. Compared to other years, my focus was no longer on diverse wishes and desires, but rather on the gentle, wonderful healing of what I had peacefully let go of last year. Thank you very much for the gentle healing.

Andreas' work picked me up right where I was. I immediately felt the effect, and a path of balance and increasing health stability began. The courses and sessions have a very profound effect. It is possible to use them again and again, like a home medicine cabinet. This work in various courses has opened up a new dimension of becoming and staying healthy for me.

For me, this is still the easiest way to change something. You just have to relax, watch, and allow it to happen. And you get to relax at the same time. With wish fulfillment made easy, I was able to let go of "I'm not good enough," and after burning the piece of paper, the energy remained, even though I had tried so many things before.

Simply wonderful, I have become even more peaceful, a wonderful serenity. All around me I could feel a soothing, gentle love. Your voice, Andreas, touches me again and again. I feel such a healing depth, without having to do anything, just being!
The Rauhnächte accompaniment was, and is, something very special, even personal, for me. I looked forward to being there every morning... and so my resolution to stop tossing and turning in bed in the morning and delaying getting up simply dissolved on its own. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! For January, I have now written down Andreas' words, the text, and they are now hanging on the refrigerator, along with the terms that I will burn in the wood stove at the end of the month. I listened to the session at the beginning of January and, depending on how I felt, several more times... it feels so good to be reminded of it again and again. May I do the same in the coming months. It brings so much joy. The blessings go very deep. As I write these words, my hands tingle so intensely... I close my eyes, connect with the field, and enjoy. ...so touchingly beautiful!!! Such a powerful gift that I am still able to experience this at almost 75 years of age. THANK YOU!!!

Thank you for a competent, special, easy solution to issues that require a solution. It feels as if a brother is sitting by the fire with you, or holding your hand as you cross bridges, mountains, and rivers to get one step further. What previously stood in the way or did not contribute to your well-being can now be overcome more easily, even if it seemed impossible. I particularly enjoyed integrating high values into the Rauhnacht course. It was a lot of fun, even though it was work, but it didn't seem like it.
